Single-arm pulldowns while sat on a bench seem to be a popular exercise in the bodybuilding and physique training community right now. In todays video I thought I would address my thoughts on them, and how you might be able to make them work better for you by changing a few simple things:

  1. Grip – Underhand
  2. Body angle – inner thigh against the backrest
  3. Arm path – “Elbow to pocket”
