We’re excited to announce our first ever Team EPT gym meetup in the U.K. It’s an invite to current clients, as well as anyone wanting to spend a few hours with like-minded people all getting in a great workout. We’ll meet on Sunday April 21st at 1:30pm inside the entrance of Gainz Fitness & Strength, Bedford. We’ll then split off into three groups based on what you want to train on the day, and you’ll be led in your workouts by Gareth, Mel and James.
There are just 15 spaces available, and these will also go fast because the charge is just £15 per person to cover the fees for the gym.
