All training is custom to you, your body structure and areas of improvement, and training psychology. Ongoing support includes frequent updates (typically 5-6 week training cycles based on your own needs), detailed coaching videos, anytime exercise form analysis, tracking of gym performance, and unlimited text or voice note communication.
I Coach a flexible dieting approach (macros tracking) alongside education and ensuring the right foods are being used to fuel you and drive progress. Whilst still ensuring you can enjoy dinners with your family, socialise and travel without losing progress.
