Why did I create this program? To be honest, it's for my personal accountability. See, even as a Coach I need a little help. Writing a plan down on paper ensures that even when I'm at my busiest, my kids are waking me up in the middle of the night, and I don't have the time or energy to spend hours in the gym; I still manage to put in the work and GET IT DONE!
