Why did I create this program? To be honest, it's for my personal accountability. See, even as a Coach I need a little help. Writing a plan down on paper ensures that even when I'm at my busiest, my kids are waking me up in the middle of the night, and I don't have the time or energy to spend hours in the gym; I still manage to put in the work and GET IT DONE! Having a plan on paper ensures that I have something to stick to, that I don't have to think about, and that I know I'll see progress from following. So, my ultimate men's program is exactly that. It's what I follow to build a body I feel good in, while also being in good form for my kids and for my business. I design a brand new training phase every 4-weeks to encourage progress while enjoying you training at the same time (because no-one likes boring!). The programming principles I use here are the same I've used for the past two-deceased with men all over the world who have transformed their bodies, including for the front cover of magazines. F.A.Q's

  • How often can I workout? You'll have workouts set for 5 days a week, although it's up to you how often you can train based on your lifestyle (e.g., options for 2, 3 and 4 days each week). Each phase varies, but generally speaking you'll have 3-4 upper body and 1-2 lower body workouts to choose from each week.
  • How hard are the workouts? The program has been designed for men who already have some experience lifting weights in the gym, and would consider themselves "intermediate". As well as more advanced men who want to build muscle while managing common pain and injuries associated with years of lifting weights.
  • Will I actually be coached by Gareth? Gareth carefully plans every single workout and training phase. He coaches you through the most effective techniques using detailed videos, and provides written tips in each workout. You'll also be able to ask questions and get feedback from Gareth as part of the supportive community.
  • How long does each workout and phase last? Each workout will take around 50-60 minutes depending on your pacing, but all workouts can be tailored to your own timeframe. You'll have 5 workout options each week, and a new training phase to enjoy every 4-weeks.
  • How do I access the program? We have partnered with an industry-leading platform (TrainHeroic) to allow you to access the entire program, log your progress, and take care of all your training needs. All payment details are safe and secure and you can access your account to cancel anytime (before or after the free trial period ends).
  • What equipment will I need? You'll have everything you need to follow your monthly workouts available to you in any commercial gym. If you have a well-equipped home gym then most of the workouts can still be followed.
