  • How often can I workout? You'll have workouts set for 5 days a week, although it's up to you how often you can train based on your lifestyle (e.g., options for 2, 3, and 4 days each week). Each phase varies, but generally speaking you'll have 2 upper body and 3 lower body workouts to choose from each week.
  • How hard are the workouts? The program has been designed for women who already have some experience in the gym. When you join then you will start at the "beginning", where every 4 weeks you will be challenged in a different way. So no matter what your level then you'll find it easy to see progress.
  • Will I actually be coached by Gareth? Gareth carefully plans every single workout and training phase. He coaches you through the most effective techniques using detailed videos, and provides written tips in each workout. You'll also be able to ask questions and get feedback from Gareth as part of the supportive community.
  • How long does each workout and phase last? Each workout will take around 50-60 minutes depending on your pacing, but all workouts can be tailored to your own timeframe. You'll have 5 workout options each week, and a new training phase and exercises to enjoy every 4-weeks.
  • How do I access the program? We have partnered with an industry-leading platform (Trainerize) to build the EPT app. This allows you to access the entire program, log your progress, and take care of all your training needs. All payment details are safe and secure and you can access your account to cancel anytime by either logging in online or in the settings section of the app.
  • What equipment will I need? You'll have everything you need to follow your workouts available to you in any commercial gym. If you have a well-equipped home gym then most of the workouts can still be followed.
