Plan 1: Build your glutes and carve a bikini-ready body!
About this plan: Based on the exact training principles I use with my photoshoot clients (including those featured in the likes of MensHealth Magazine), and anyone looking to a body worthy of any magazine cover. Phase 1 is focusing on shoulders/upper chest, back and abs specialization to help built the coveted "V" frame. Five workouts are programmed for each week, with the ability to adapt to 3-4 if preferred. Each phase is progressed every 4-weeks.
